Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

Procedimientos de Llegada y Salida

The driveway in the front of the school is reserved for drop-off in the morning. Vehicles are prohibited from parking in the driveway from 7:30 a.m.-3:45 p.m.
Parents who wish to escort their children into the building must park in the North lot between the Lower Academy and the Upper Academy. For safety reasons, the parent MUST accompany the child to the front entrance. Students WILL NOT be allowed to walk into the parking lot unattended by a parent.
Please do not drop-off or pick up students in the faculty parking lot.

The circular parking lot on the South side of the building is reserved for busses ONLY. Students riding a private bus will be picked up in the circular driveway at the South side of the building.
Students in grades Pre-K through 5 will be picked up at the front of the building. Please keep the lanes free of parked cars. Your cooperation will assist in a smooth dismissal.
School age children who are not Bowman Ashe/Doolin K-8 Academy students will NOT be permitted inside the campus.
For security purposes, we are requiring that all parents who wait for their child to be dismissed gather in front of their child’s grade level post. The teachers will bring the children directly to you, by class, at dismissal time. Please do not block the front entrance.

La entrada al frente de la escuela está reservada para dejar los alumnos por la mañana. Los vehículos tienen prohibido el estacionamiento en la calzada de 7:30 a.m.-3:45 p.m.
Los padres que deseen acompañar a sus hijos en el edificio deben estacionarse en el lote del norte entre la Academia Primaria y la Academia Superior. Por razones de seguridad, el padre debe acompañar al niño a la puerta de entrada. Los estudiantes no pueden entrar en el estacionamiento sin ser acompañados por sus padres/tutores.
NO ESTA PERMITIDO QUE LOS ESTUDIANTES CAMINEN EL PARQUEO DE LOS MAESTROS SIN ESTAR ACOMPAÑADOS DE SU PADRE/TUTOR.

El estacionamiento circular en el lado sur del edificio está reservado para autobuses solamente. Los estudiantes que viajan en autobús privado se recogerán en la entrada circular en el lado sur del edificio.
Los estudiantes de Pre-Kinder a 5to grado serán recogidos al frente del edificio. Por favor, mantener la línea libre de coches parqueados. Su cooperación ayudará a una salida más segura.
Los niños de edad escolar que no son alumnos de la Academia Primaria no serán permitidos dentro de la escuela.
Para los padres/tutores que vienen a pie, por favor busquen a su hijo/hija al frente del edificio en el lugar indicado para cada grado. No bloquee la entrada del frente.
